Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one nix4d Account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts may be closed without notice and any associated balance forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when registering, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must notify nix4d promptly of any changes by contacting support.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. nix4d will never ask you for your password. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, contact nix4d support immediately via live chat. We strongly recommend enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication via your Account security settings.
nix4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before your first withdrawal is processed, and at any other time nix4d deems appropriate, you will be required to submit valid documentation. Accepted documents include a national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo ID confirming your identity and date of birth. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal suspension and may result in Account closure.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting nix4d support. nix4d reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete KYC verification. In cases of Account closure initiated by nix4d without Player fault, any real-money balance net of pending bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
nix4d processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported payment methods include local bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI, and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The list of supported payment methods is subject to change; the current list is published in the cashier section of the Platform.
The minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. nix4d reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion, including enhanced limits for large withdrawals pending additional verification.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of successful bank or e-wallet confirmation. Withdrawal requests for fully verified Accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during normal operating hours. Withdrawals submitted outside business hours may experience delays. nix4d does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Indonesian banking systems.
All payment methods used to deposit into or withdraw from your nix4d Account must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts and withdrawals to accounts not matching your KYC-verified identity are strictly prohibited. nix4d reserves the right to reverse transactions and suspend Accounts where third-party payment methods are detected.
All Account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in IDR. nix4d does not accept or disburse foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by nix4d; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own service charges, for which nix4d bears no responsibility.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered Players who meet the specific criteria stated in each promotion's individual terms. nix4d reserves the right to restrict any bonus or promotion to a defined geographic area, device type, product category, or Player segment at its sole discretion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on restricted games while a bonus is active will not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in Bonus forfeiture.
Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating with other Players to meet wagering requirements at low risk, or employing automated betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements — constitutes Bonus abuse. nix4d reserves the right to void Bonuses and any resulting winnings, and to close Accounts found to be engaged in Bonus abuse.
Bonus funds and free bets expire within the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired Bonus balances are automatically removed from Accounts without compensation. Wagering requirement deadlines are calculated from the time the Bonus is credited, not from the time it is first used.
nix4d reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until a unique bet reference number is issued by the Platform. Network interruptions during bet placement are the Player's responsibility; nix4d is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Player's end.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds, mispriced markets, technical malfunctions, or data feed errors — nix4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. A manifest error is defined as one that a reasonable person would have recognized as an error at the time the bet was placed. Winnings obtained as a result of a manifest error will not be paid out.
All sports betting markets are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for Timnas Indonesia and BRI Liga 1 matches, the EPL official website, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga). In the event of a dispute over an official result, nix4d's decision, made in good faith based on available official information, is final.

nix4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering for an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nix4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
